Service Description
Mandala Yoga is a fun and dynamic practice so come and join Charlotte on Saturdays to start your weekend off right! In Mandala practice you’ll explore circular movements with your body, moving around all four corners of the mat in 360 degrees. Physically the class is flowing through different levels of asana (postures), while prioritising the breath to movement and working on a particular target area in the body. We build up the sequence throughout the 90 minutes aiming to flow dynamically, one breath one movement by the end. The practice usually starts and ends with a short Yin session so you’re able to “prepare” and “close” the areas of the body that you would be working on. Mandala Vinyasa, is a dynamic flow and can be as challenging as the student would like it to be, modifications and options will be given to suit the students practice and needs. A regular practice or experience of Vinyasa yoga is recommended.
