Service Description

In this special practice we will be looking to unblock any stagnant energy within the body thats built up in the Winter months to ease any feelings of stress and anxiety. When we are out of balance we can often feel fatigued and disrupted in our day to day lives. This slow and static sequence will include hip openers, heart opening and grounding asana to provide release and space to be in the present moment. This sequence will be followed by 30 minutes of very special Yoga Nidra (Sleep Yoga).Please bring any equipment you want, comfortable clothing and socks.
