Led by experienced yoga teacher and retreat leader Charlotte Dugdale, this exclusive experience offers the perfect balance of dynamic movement and deep stillness, guiding you back to your body, your breath, and your self.
Set within a serene sanctuary of Onze Xpu-Ha, this retreat space blends elegance, rustic design, and local craftsmanship, all surrounded by lush jungle and a short distance to world famous beaches.
You’ll be guided through twice daily soulful yoga practices, a sound healing ceremony and wholesome, chef-prepared meals, all curated to support your physical, emotional, and energetic well-being.
